•Jack helped me sell my single family rental home in Norwalk, CA. We had people living in the home at the time, and Jack did a great job working with both the tenants and with me to facilitate the showing of the home and the eventual selling of it. He also pushed the buyers hard to speed up the process to make sure that the home sold by December 31 so that I didn't lose my tax break. In addition, Jack gave me a contact in Yuma, AZ to help me sell my rental home there. If it wasn't for Jack, I wouldn't have been able to sell either home. I am grateful for his help and hard work.
Good realtor, better than my first realtor. Axle makey it easy to sell and buy new house. He doesn't rush you into buying, he let's you know when something doesn't look right. He keeps up with you after you buy, more than I can say about my first realtor.
