Great Experience - From Start to Finish

Jess Noto has been absolutely incredible to work with. My dad is moving to Kentucky, and I introduced them. She has made what could have been a very stressful process feel easy and manageable from start to finish. He ended up choosing a new build, and Jess showed up for every meeting — advocating for us, asking questions we didn’t even know to ask, and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. She has answered literally a million questions for us, from “who pays this fee?” to “how much do we tip the movers?” — and everything in between. My dad didn’t move in right away, and when an ice storm was coming, Jess went over to the house herself to make sure everything was ready and secure. As my dad puts it, she is truly a gem. We felt supported, informed, and cared for every step of the way. I cannot recommend Jess highly enough. I won't use another realtor!!!
