Brian and Allison are amazing! Not only at their professions, but as individuals. We have nothing but positive praises to say about our experience with them. We would choose them again in a heartbeat for any of our real estate needs. They are personable and caring. They truly love what they do, as well as value the individual needs of each client. They are dedicated and hard working, but never pushy. They really want you to find your dream home and make you feel like family. We know we weren’t the easiest clients since we were picky and had many wants and needs. We were looking for almost 3 years before we met Brian. To this point in our search, we had been looking ourselves and had not found anyone we trusted enough to work with. Brian was exactly what we needed. Anytime we saw a house we were interested in, he was right on it. He always made us feel like we were his only clients. At each viewing, he never rushed us and was with us each step of the way. He was honest with each answer he gave us, but we never felt like he was trying to persuade us with his thoughts or opinions. We valued his honesty! When the time came that we found a home we loved, he worked to make sure we got the home at the best price. When we put our old home on the market, Brian and Allison were supportive in helping us set our home up for a successful sale. They suggested an open house to start us out due to our family situation and we thank them so much for their suggestion. Our house sold in one day at over 10% asking price. It has almost been 3 months since buying and selling our homes through this fantastic team and they are still just as wonderful.
