•Marcie Paul helped sell my mother's house last month, and the experience was fantastic. The house needed a lot of work, and Marcie's crew landscaped the front and back yards, painted indoors and out, installed new carpet, and redid the guest bathroom. The finished product was unbelievable - it seemed like a completely new house! She knew just the right balance between what was worth the effort/money to put in, versus what the realistic reward would be. Marcie had the house sold (above asking price) within just a couple days of it being on the market. It was a whirlwind, but so worth it. Marcie made the whole experience, which could have been overwhelming, highly organized, efficient, and successful. She was a breeze to work with - friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She then helped my mom find her new house as well, which was also a huge success, and my mom is now thrilled with her new "dream home." I cannot recommend Marcie enough - she's the best!
