•The first time I met Becky and Steve Larsen, I was impressed with their friendliness, good cheer and professionalism. They explained how they would throughly research the comps in the area before suggesting an asking price for my home. They presented me with written comps, showing me how unique my home was and how their knowledge of the market would help them arrive at the right asking price. They kept me in the loop in all of the subsequent phases of the selling process. They had suggestions to assure the process would go smoothly, including having a seller's inspection and a sewer scope (to assure tree roots hadn't invaded the sewer pipes). They also recommended staging. We did all of the above. We put the house on the market. Within one week we had a full-price offer. Escrow went very smoothly. Closing occurred 5 weeks after putting the house on the market. I could not be more pleased with Becky and Steve's service,
