•Ileana McNulty was referred to me by my best friend. She came highly recommended and we had a pretty large project for her. We had to sell our existing property while at the same time purchase our new property with the proceeds from the first property. Ileana and Ana came for our first consult very prepared. Without even discussing it prior, they had a whole portfolio prepared with comps around the neighborhood, the services they provide, and even a rough estimate of the net proceeds from our sale. Selling a home is stressful. Buying a home is stressful. We did both in two short months and I honestly can't say this would not have been possible without the professionalism of Mrs. McNulty. Every single time we called, texted, or emailed her she replied right away. Every time we had questions, she was there to answer them or find out the answer for us. I can truly say this experience was so smooth thanks to Ileana. When we hit hiccups down the road, as with all complicated real-estate transactions, all it took was one phone call to Ileana and she figured it out. I am someone who is very picky and expects a high bar of professionalism with whatever endeavor I take on. I can sincerely say Ileana blew us away with how high she set that bar. All our friends who need assistance from a realtor I automatically refer them to her. It's the best decision we ever did.
