•During my wife and I planning for retirement relocation after the military in 2017, Anastacia was an incredible asset to have in our future planning to relocate to the Jacksonville, FL area. For almost a year (2016-2017), we communicated long distance with Anastacia in regards to what we wanted in a retirement home fit for two military retirees and their two young children who where more than ready to settle down. At times, my wife and I were very pasrticular in what we wanted in a home for us and our two young children. Anastacia was incredibly patient in our wants, desires, and demands in a home as well as what type of communicate we wanted to move in. To say she was instrumental in our decision to go forward with having a home built vice buying an existing one is putting it lightly. Her professionalism, knowledge, and insight of every detail that we wanted helped us decide to go forward with having a home built which we are so in love with. The area and housing community Anastacia recommended to us is all we wanted to be for us and our two young children. I cannot be more pleased with her patient, drive, support, and professionalism through the year long process of us having a retirement home built from the ground up to our specifications. I would more than highly recommend Anastacia as a realtor for anyone moving to the area, especially, military families. Again, her patient and support for our desires was key to helping us have a smooth transition from military life to retirement life. We can't thank her enough, nor give her enough kudos for all she did.
