•The market today is pretty rough. Especially our overlooked zip code. Finding a buyer took longer than we initially thought it would. Almost six months. We were close to pulling the property and waiting until next spring. Since Bill has worked this market for so long and knows a lot of other agents he was able to find that unique buyer by networking with another agent he had known for decades. That agent had a buyer looking for a golf course home, which we had. It actually turned out to be exactly what the buyer was looking for. Bill and the other agent worked diligently together with the buyer to get the closing done. There were some challenges with the contingencies like always when selling property. But Bill always was looking out for us. He was prompt with communication and contract extensions and deadlines. Thank you Bill!
