•When I met Stephanie, she came to my house prepared with information. I asked her some questions since I had not sold a house before, and I wanted her thoughts on my home. She told me my house was amazing, and she explained some information on my home I didn't even know. I was thrilled that she took the time to study my home and know about it when she arrived. It did not matter what time I messaged Stephanie, she returned my texts either that night or early the next day, which showed me that she was a hard-working realtor. Stephanie would share with me some of the answers to the buysers attorney to make sure I agreed with what she was sending, and her writings were extremely professional. I was happy with everything and agreed with what she was sending.
