Carol helped us to find a beach home on the...

Carol helped us to find a beach home on the South shore, between Scituate and the Cape. Carol lives in this area and has extended family and connections to this area thus she is very knowledgeable about each of the towns on the South Shore. She worked very hard to show us many options in all of the communities that matched our guidelines and was very helpful in understanding the strengths and needs of each of the locations/towns. During the tours, everything was scheduled and arranged perfectly and we smoothly went from location to location - no hitches. We were able to get a lot accomplished in a very short time. Communications were very clear during the entire process, always reachable and she proactively communicated to us when needed. Once we had a house in mind, Carol was excellent with the negotiations (helped to counsel us with some patience). While our particular purchase had some hitches after we had signed the P+S, Carol helped us to work through all of these concluding in a successful purchase. We are very satisfied.
