My wife and I purchased our new home with David while still being stationed overseas in Italy. From the very first FaceTime meeting, we knew that we were going to be in good hands. David’s knowledge and professionalism was apparent right away and he helped guide us through the process from start to finish. We were nervous to buy our first home, especially because we were overseas and unable to tour anything in person. However, David went far beyond our expectations. He took the time to make sure we could see homes all over Snohomish County and gave us insight into the areas we were looking. He kept us up to date on every step of the process and was always willing to take the time to explain to us what the different conditions were etc. David helped us sort out the pros and cons of every home we toured virtually and also set us up with a great lender who was always willing to help. We thought it would be difficult to navigate such a large time difference, but David was always willing to meet with us virtually at times that worked for us to tour homes and walk us through the process. Once we found our home, David remained with us every step of the way, talking us through the steps and coordinating closing items (which was difficult for us still being in Italy). However, with his help we were able to close on time and we are so excited to move into our new home!
