•Buying a house is one of the MOST stressful times of your life! It’s such a huge investment and so many things could go wrong! We have worked with Lori on two home purchases now and while it wasn’t stress free, she made it as easy as possible. Every question I asked she responded promptly with an answer or letting me know she would find out for me. She has many connections with contractors and various home repair companies so we were able to get an idea of how bad (or not) the flaws of our hopeful homes were. Going in with with all the facts eases a lot of the purhasing jitters. Lori also takes the time to really get to know her clients and their wishes. The house we ultimately ended up with, I was in love with online but thought it was too good to be true. Being bank owned, it was likely more of a project than we really wanted. I looked at many other houses and nothing seemed to be THE ONE! I still didn’t want to look at this house because I thought it would only disappoint me further. Lori insisted that we at least look so we had all the options on the table before setteling; reluctantly I agreeed. From the moment I walked in I was in love and Lori knew it! We spent a lot of time looking everything over and discussing how we could utilize the space to make sure it was practical as well as eye catching. Her ideas on furniture layout and maximizing the space you have are priceless! She brought up so many things I never would have thought of! I could go on and on...
