•I have to recommend this very professional and friendly realtor. I did not know any realtors in NYS and went on the web to get one. I got lucky. She is proactive and communicates with the client better than any realtor I have dealt with in the past, and my sale was difficult for a few reasons. You can call her at any time and get an answer to your concerns and questions. Any answer Theresa does not have, she'll do the required research and get it. If I ever need a realtor in NY again Theresa Herrick will be my choice. A pleasure to work with Theresa.
