•“As a single mother, the journey toward homeownership often felt daunting and, at times, impossible”. From the moment I began working with Stephen, that uncertainty was replaced with hope. His professionalism was unwavering, but it was his compassion and genuine commitment to my family’s well-being that truly set him apart. Stephen took the time to understand not only my circumstances, but also the dreams I held for my child and our future. He was very intentional and quick on the uptake. Throughout the entire process he guided me with patience and clarity. Thanks to his steadfast support, I am now providing my family with a home I once feared we might never have. I am profoundly grateful for the care and dedication Stephen showed throughout this process. His service was not merely transactional—it was life-changing.”
Wendy went above and beyond to prepare the house to show. I was totally hands off in the process. She coordinated all the contents removal and any small repairs that were needed. She actually did a lot of cleaning herself! Wendy knew what needed to be done to show the house and got on things quick. She's definitely not a procrastinator that's for sure! She did in 3 weeks what would take me 3 months! I can't thank her enough.
