•It took a bit to sell our home but that was not on Jody. We went into the market at a bad time. He was quick to respond if I had any questions, and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. He was great through the whole process!
Jody was exactly what we were looking for in an agent when we wanted to sell our house. He is courteous, very responsive to needs and excellent with negotiating. Even when things took a little longer than expected he provided excellent service and expertise beyond what would have been expected of an agent.
Jody sold our condo for us. We had never met him before, but he came highly recommended by the property management company. And we were not disappointed! He has great knowledge of the market and worked quickly to promote our property on social media. The buyers had unique financing and closing requests, and Jody successfully advised us on counteroffers, keeping our best interest as his focus. He is extremely professional and very responsive. If we move back to Oxford, he will be the first person we call!
