Selling your home is a big stressor, but Christine made it seem so easy and injected humor which was always welcomed. We developed not only a professional relationship, but also forged a friendship. Christine was very thorough in her work and was proactive in assisting me when it came to things such getting the house ready to go on the market, and making sure it was in accordance with the local homeowners association. No need to find a contractor, she brought in her own contractor that completed the work in record time, at an extremely reasonable price with impeccable work. When I was moving across the country, she noticed and resolved an issue with the HVAC system, without me having to worry about it at that time which I appreciated. Overall, the guidance, support, and service that she provided was phenomenal, and the sale of the house couldn’t have gone smoother without her. I would utilize her service again, without hesitation!
