•Stepping into the home buying process was stressful from the get go. We initially had another realtor to start who was nowhere near as helpful as Carissa and we are so happy that we were connected to her. Everyone made it seem like using a VA Loan would make our process 100x worse but Carissa came in and reassured us that with her own experience that we had nothing to worry about & she was 1,000% right! From start to finish, Carissa has gone above and beyond to help us find our perfect home. She has not only been professional and respectful but super realistic and catered to our wants and needs. She has always been available for every question, for every doubt, for every single step that didn’t make sense; no matter the time of day, she ALWAYS responded and made sure to get us the answers we needed. She completely shifted our perspective on having a realtor and just as we were at the peak of giving up, she came in at the perfect time and made the entire process feel so seamless. We definitely had obstacles but Carissa’s knowledge and expertise with everything from our loan type, to things we were looking for in a home made the obstacles feel so minuscule. She wasn’t just a realtor for us, she made us feel so comfortable and confident with everything. We have learned so much more about houses through Carissa and would use her a thousand times over. I don’t even know where to begin! Kiesha was amazing throughout the whole process. She was always on top of everything! Making sure everything was sent on time and explained everything we needed to know with detail. She helped us sell our house in one month and 2 weeks exactly, and that was going through a VA loan.
