•Pete knew the market well. He competitively priced the house and implemented a marketing strategy that led to a bidding war within 3 days on the market. While similar homes on the market in the same subdivision sat I was packing my bags and scheduling a closing. Whenever I had a question during the entire process Pete was quick to respond. He clearly explained the sale contract in terms that I understood. He was able to answer all of my questions and never became impatient. I did not feel like just another sale. He treated me like family! I highly recommend Pete and his ability to get future clients top dollar when selling their homes!
