•We found Joan and Rick through their sell of a property we were interested in for our first home. Joan met with us face to face the day after we contracted them. Through the whole process they were very responsive by text and email and helped us through viewing multiple properties, including the day they listed. We were able to buy our first house with them and we are so happy we were able to find Joan and Rick Blinn to work with. We used their recommended financing (Movement), which we would recommend as well.
