•We initially started working with Juli as our buyers agent while looking for property to buy and build a home. We looked for months for the right property and ended up finding property with a home on it already that we LOVED! We then started using Juli as our sellers agent as well because we needed to quickly sell our home in order to purchase the new property. Juli was great at marketing our house, helping us know how to stage it better, getting the word out that it was going to be listed, and helping us know what upgrades we should or shouldn't do with being time sensitive. There were some stressful times with both buying and selling but Juli was very professional and knowledgeable to handle any situation that was thrown at us. Highly recommend her, and we have already started referring her to friends and family!
