•Karen was extremely helpful and patient with us as we toured a slew of houses in the area. Also, Tom Urian was able to step up and fill in while Karen was on vacation -- he took the time out of his day to show us multiple houses and ultimately helped us put in the offer for the home we purchased. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Karen, Tom, and all of Patterson-Schwartz. The entire process went smoothly and all our questions and concerns were quickly addressed and resolved.
Karen was terrific to work with! She was patient and guided us along the way towards finding a great home to raise our family in. I could not have asked for the whole process to go any more smoothly. I'd certainly recommend Karen to anyone who wants an experienced and personable realtor help them find their dream home.
