Patience is a virtue

Heidi has been a pleasing since day one. Started looking at houses in 2021-2022, somewhere around that time. When we had some issues, we let Heidi know we'd have to wait and her response was just let me know when you're ready. No pushing us or calling to see if we were ready. Fast forward to 2026 and we let Heidi know we're ready. June 2026 we finally closed on our house thanks to Heidi. Heidi is the type of person that is very pleasant and will listen to your needs. She's also the type of agent that goes into the house and starts pointing things out, she doesn't try to hide or ignore any issue you may have with the house. She's pointed out issues with a roof or flooring on a couple of places we looked at. If you give Heidi a price point, then she'll work hard to get you in that price. If you say I need a house say $2k a month then that's what she'll look for maybe $100 or $200 more, but she's not going to try to put you in a house that 3 or 4k more a month than what you asked for. Heidi is great to work with and is always cheery. I have to give a special shoutout to Carrie Dunn who stepped in at the closing, and she was a big help and a very nice person. If you want a great agent that is all around a pleasant and fun person(s) to be around, then Heidi and Carrie are the ones you want.
