•New to the Joplin area, we met up with Riley for the first time to see a house we'd found online. (We needed to move from our rental for an elderly relative to come live with us and had been searching but found nothing we really wanted to visit.) This was a very nice house, but we felt it didn't quite cut it, and she knew it. We stood in the garage for several minutes and she asked us to describe our needs in a home. We told her. Her eyes lit up and she said, "May I show you one more today?". We followed her down a couple of rural highways and through neighborhoods to this house. It was the one! That simple. Over the next few days, we started the process with Riley guiding us all the way, answering questions and procuring information for us. She connected us with a handyman for personal 'tweaks' to the house. She directed us to businesses we needed and recommended the many and best this area had to offer. She promptly addressed all our inquiries--either by phone, text or email. Within a few weeks we closed on our home! We are happily settling into a new life and are grateful to have had Riley there to guide us. That's service!
