•When I started my home buying journey, I talked to a few other realtors before I found Kimberly (who was recommended by a friend). Others wanted to push me in directions that I was not interested in or comfortable with. Kimberly took the time to listen and ask thoughtful questions. She understood what I wanted and was patient and responsive. Kimberly was key to winning the bid on my new home. She prepared an offer that really grabbed the seller's attention. The amount of my offer was similar to other bids, but the bid package that Kimberly put together was the deciding factor in the seller's selection of the winning bid. The seller's realtor even reached out to let us know how impressed they were with everything that was included in my offer and that the little details that Kimberly included were the reason why my bid won. I'm a happy first time home buyer and will definitely be reaching out to Kimberly again for any future purchases or sales!
