WANT A DEDICATED REALTOR WHO TRULY WORKS FOR YOU? JOHN KERN IS YOUR MAN! In 2011, we moved to Jupiter, FL from San Diego and Dallas. We had called several real estate companies, only to be brushed off, as we were wanting to rent a home until we knew where we wanted to buy. The night before we flew in, we called John Kern’s office. At 7:00 pm, he not only answered the phone, he lined up homes from Boca Raton to Jupiter for us to see the following day. He met us in Boca and drove us to all of our scheduled showings. He knew our love of Mexican food and treated us to lunch at the local Mexican restaurant. John drove us around town to make sure we liked the area and felt at home. He treated us like we were buying an oceanfront mansion. We found the home for us and rented it. When our cars arrived before we did, John met the transport company and had our cars waiting in our driveway. He even met the mattress delivery company at our home so that we would have a bed to sleep on when we arrived. And to go even more above and beyond, John picked us up from the airport, took us out to lunch, and had food and beverages waiting for us in our refrigerator! And this was for a rental! We liked John so much, he and his beautiful wife Jackie became our first friends in our new home of Jupiter. Nine months later, John found us the perfect home for us to buy and we did just that.
