•We started working with Mr. Crumpler before even moving to the state of NC. During the first few conversations, he was so helpful telling us areas of Raleigh to avoid and areas that might work well for us. He helped us investigate realtors all the way on the west coast to help us sell our home there, and also helped us with looking into possible rentals for when we arrived to NC. A few weeks after we arrived in the Raleigh area, we were ready to start looking for a home to purchase. With each house we toured, Chris always gave us valuable, honest, feedback and never sugar-coated possible issues with a home. It's obvious that Chris definitely knows the ins and outs of the market here in Raleigh, and he taught us a lot of things that were new to us (and a lot different than what we were used to out west). Once we found the right home Chris did an excellent job advocating for us and helping us through every step of the buying process. This was our 3rd home buying experience and it was the least stressful, thanks in huge part to having Chris Crumpler as our realtor representing us. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation!
