•I called Deborah Hudson back in April of 2023 from Massachusetts. We were looking for a realtor to help us find our retirement home in South Carolina. She immediately when to work figuring out our needs. We met with Deborah for the first time on our vacation to SC in August of 2023. She took us to look at spec houses from a few of the premiere builders in SC. After numerous phone conversations with Deborah we decided to buy property and have our home built. Deborah once again went to work sending us properties for sale and looking for a private builder for us. We flew to SC in January of 2024 and we spent the day driving to all the properties She had sent. We picked the property and builder. Once again Deborah went to work helping us secure both the land and builder of our new home. Deborah Hudson also followed up as the house was being built rite up to closing this April. Our journey with Deborah Hudson was unbelievable. She help make our retirement dream come true all from a phone call and 900 miles away. We cannot express enough our true appreciation for her. Thanks again Deborah Hudson!
