•Kyle was absolutely wonderful to work with. My husband and I were first time home buyers and Kyle helped us every step of the way. Our options were limited as we needed to stay within a specific county due to my husbands job and knew we wanted at least 5 acres but needed to stay within budget. Kyle worked to find properties that were right for us and fit our needs. There was never a time when I felt Kyle was trying to talk us into a property or encourage us to look at things that did not meet our criteria. Once we found the perfect home for us, in only a few weeks time, Kyle continued to guide us through the home buying process. I was quite disappointed in our closing agent, for various reasons; however, Kyle picked up the slack and was always available to answer any questions and address any concerns. Kyle went out of his way to meet with me after closing and we are still communicating with him to give him updates on our home as we make changes and make it our own. I would definitely recommend Kyle and would be happy to work with him in the future if we ever decide to purchase another property!
