•I originally went to an open house off of Beach Loop this year (2026) and fell in love with a house. It represented a new life for me and I wanted to make an offer. I was absolutely new to purchasing a home on my own. Beach Loop Realty was handling the sellers, so I was assigned Tracy Fihn, also with Beach Loop Realty, to represent me as a potential buyer. Right away I was impressed-- not only by her knowledge and professionalism--but my her kindness and patience. Tracy took me through the many steps of the buying process and, although I made the decision not pursue the first home I looked at, she assisted me in locating another residence that I am now moving into. Tracy made this transition way less stressful than it could have been. She's wonderful to work with.
