•Always giving quick responses Kathryn typically already had answers to any questions we had and if she didn’t, she got them fast! Whether it was looking at houses, making offers, negotiating, or closing; and everything entailed, she was always prepared with everything we needed to know to move forward or move on. While very professional she’s also extremely down to earth making sure to include my kids on showings, she even had little tape measures to keep them busy. Additionally our schedule was always prioritized and she could always find a way to make herself available when needed.
