•"We recently moved from Pennsylvania to Florida. When i tell you that having an extremely informed and detailed agent is important, i can tell you it is that much more important when you are moving 900 miles away. While we did fly down and look at a bunch of houses we ended up putting an offer on a house sight unseen. Meaning we had never been to the house. We did a video/facetime walk through with the listing agent. Then Dianne our agent also went to the house and did another one with us and put her eyes on the property for us as well. That combined with a very thorough home inspection gave us all the confidence we needed to move forward and buy a house that we had Never personally been to! While it maybe unbelievable to some, with an amazing and responsive buyers agent in Dianne Kangrga it was a smooth process. We highly recommend Dianne if you are looking for a realtor!"
