•Chris understood the market and the profile of the buyers who would be a good fit with our home. Chris also understood the best features of this home and what makes it special. He and his team put together an attractive marketing plan that highlighted the best features of the home inside and out. We had the impression that he didn't waste time and effort showing the house to buyers who were not right for our home. With only about six showings, Chris connected us with the buyers who were just right. Claire handled the closing details and that part of the process went very smoothly too. We appreciated the effort to find the right buyers and not waste time and effort with lookers who would not be a good fit.
