•Having sold our house in Shelton at a price that set a record in our neighborhood, Tony supassed that with the purchase of our condominium. He negotiated a very fair price that outbid two other offers. He then arranged the inspection and recommended a local moving company that beat three other bids by $1,500. The closing went very smoothly as we were closing both the house sale and condo purchase on the same day. I strongly recommend him to anyone looking to sell / buy a home. Now, the only thing he has to do is stop by and pick up the case of wine we bought him.
