Integrity Over Commission….Twice
This is my second real estate purchase with Dragana, and honestly, that should tell you everything you need to know. Buying a house is exciting… almost too exciting. It’s easy to fall in love with the pretty stuff and completely miss the things that could end up costing you thousands. Thankfully, Dragana doesn’t get caught up in the excitement. She sees the red flags, hidden issues, and little details that most people would overlook, and she makes sure you see them too. If anything, I was the one trying to pressure Dragana into writing offers on a couple of houses. Thankfully, she had the patience and wisdom to slow me down just enough to make the red flags impossible to ignore, undoubtedly saving me thousands of dollars in repairs down the road. Since I could only look at homes on the weekends, she dedicated entire Saturdays to my search, from dawn until dusk. We regularly toured 15+ homes in a single day, and she never made me feel rushed or like I was taking too much of her time. She was always patient, responsive, and available whenever I needed her. She wasn’t focused on making a sale. She was focused on making sure I bought the right home, and that’s exactly why I trusted her enough to work with her again. If you’re looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, honest, incredibly hardworking, and genuinely looking out for your best interests, Dragana is the realtor you want in your corner. I trusted her twice, and I’d do it again without hesitation.
