Xinyu helped me to find a valuable investment property. Initially, she set up property list and sent me email about new properties on the market. If we interested in the property, she would send us comparable price of nearby sold property. Then she visited the properties with us, she would use her knowledge and experience to comment on the property. She carefully made notes on each property we had visited. When she got home, she would send us spreadsheet about the renting profit. When we decided to offer, she would recommend price, but if we didn't use that price, she still helped to present our offer to the seller. She is very professional, never did she being pushy or demanding. She sends us condo docs, and communicated with the seller agent during the decision process. She called the town to find out if the seller has opened renovation permit. She communicated with our buyer attorney to get to know the condo we were about to buy. She has great skills to negotiate with the seller. We got a favorable prices for our property. We don't need to spend unnecessary money on biding with others. She made numerous phone calls with the seller agent on small issues. She was tireless and down to the details. Basically she took care of everything and we didn't spend much time ourselves. After we bought the property, she followed up with seller agent to get keys. She advice on how to work with the condo association. How to put up ad to rent the condo. She set up ad for us on realtor.com. I highly recommend Xinyu. She is smart, low key, detail oriented. It is a great pleasure to work with her.

Xinyu is a joy to work with when buying a house. She's very patient and doesn't get angry when we looked at many houses and didn't make an offer. She never pushes us to make any decision. She also offers good advices when it comes to the offer price. Several times her predictions were very in line with the final sale price. Also Xinyu is very responsive. She answers calls early in the morning or late at night. She protects our interests in the whole buying process.
