•In the last 7 years, my husband and I have bought and sold 4 homes, so we are decently experienced buyers/sellers. What we didn't have experience with was local Florida real estate market (we just moved from Arizona), locations, school districts, or contract laws here in Florida. We connected with Patti Kincaid and Andrew Kincaid via our company's relocation service, and we are so grateful for all the ways she helped us through our transactions. As out-of-state buyers with lots of complications, we certainly did not make it easy, as it was the height of a hot market, and we were (endearingly?) specific about our expectations through the process. We originally offered on a new build and backed out at the last minute for another property we loved more, and Patti helped us navigate that contract cancellation with her years of experience and expertise. We were able to put in a lower than ask offer the next home we wanted to purchase, and she guided us on how to put in our offer with the most impact to get the seller's attention. After a small counter, we were pleased that the seller chose our offer! We closed on our home here in Florida, and we could not be more excited. Through the whole process, Patti and Andrew were both just wonderful people to work with, highly professional, responsive, and got us exactly the results we were looking for. We asked so many questions, and every time they made us feel like we were being given the best, most thoughtful advice for our situation and family needs. They made us feel like we were always a priority! I cannot recommend Patti and her team enough, and we will definitely be calling them the next time we are in the market again!
