If I could give more than 5 stars, I'd definitely do it. I've dealt with quite a few real estate agents before and non can compare to the professionalism of Jacky. From knowing nothing about the real estate market in Florida, Jacky spent time explaining everything to me patiently over the phone. When I went down to Florida, Jacky spent 3 whole days with me and my wife looking at houses. He is very knowledgeable in all areas of the process. He was also very good in setting up our house for lease (rented out in 8 days.) If you are looking for an agent down in the Orlando/Tampa area, you can't go wrong with Jacky. I'd definitely go back to him again when I'm buying more properties.
