•Hello. When beginning our relocation adventure from central Ohio to Kentucky, God paired us with Matt - Home First. We provided a list of homes we had interest and ranked them in favor, these were all over from Sparta over to the east side; Matt did not hesitate to get homes scheduled in order of our ranking. We zig zagged for three days, visiting about fifteen homes. Matt handled every step well and never had any resistance to any need or request and was right there with us through inspections and negotiating and offers and final walkthrough and signing. I thank God Almighty in his provision in pairing us with this Christian realtor. Do not hesitate in utilizing Matt's expertise and professionalism today.
If you are looking for a real estate agent, Matt is for you. He drove all over Northern Kentucky to help us find our home. He went above and beyond to help us through the process. Praise God He lead us to Matt for our transition from Ohio to Kentucky.
