•Working with Lou was a great experience. I started using Lou to look at rental properties in the Rome / Utica area. We would converse over phone, email and text daily talking strategy. If I ever wanted to look at a property Lou would make sure to get me in the day that I wanted and at the time that I wanted. Lou went to the tables multiple times for me and ultimately we ended up buying a new house for my wife and I. We went and looked at the property at 6 PM at night and had an offer submitted by 8:30 PM. Lou got the offer accepted and we didn’t pay a penny over what we wanted to pay. Lou was great during the closing process and kept in contact with the sellers attorney and realtor throughout the entire process. I look forward to using Lou in the future when buying more rental properties.
