•This is the 2nd purchase, 2nd sale that Rori & team have assisted us in with. 1st time Purchase and I fell in love with this house we went to on one of our several trips. Too bad it was under contract before we could even make an offer. So we looked. And looked. And LOOKED! -The second the sale fell through, Rori pounced, we had been prepared with offer, the $$ it was accepted! Amazing! Then she helped us sell my dad's house, we fixed it up (guys she showed up to help paint the banisters!) & absolutely helped beautify the landscape. Made sure all went smooth to get my dad all info & signatures etc. while out of state. Fast forward 6 years, some grown up kids coming back, my dad having to move back in & a desire for land- On the hunt we went again! We looked and believe me this time we looked a lot!! We found the most AMAZING home!! Land, seclusion, MIL suite. We jumped & got it. We decided we would put our house on the market in spring (it was November when we purchased). So 6 months for some work. Floors, walls, tile, drywall, & move. With 3 of the 6 kids. No problem! Problem. It took longer. A LOT That's ok, summer is good. Finally get it all done, and get it on the market, and it was HOT! August, tons of traffic, great reviews & then a storm. On August 6th, during a viewing no less, the roof started to leak! NOOOooo... Rori was on it... Got ROK involved, they were booked, so end of September. Ok we can do this. On Labor Day weekend I get a call "There was backordered product for someone else's home, we can start Tuesday". Only God can make this happen. The roof is fixed, we get it back on the market right in time for the interest rate to JUMP, the 2024 election, the holidays, winter in MN. Crickets on the housing market. We got an offer and his funding fell through, we got an offer but they had to sell their house, & hadn't started. Finally! The offer-closing -Sold. Rori was in our corner every minute, every prayer & MORE! Only GOD & Rori! Love this lady!
