•Anne is hands down the reason my husband and I were able to get our house in Longmont. We were first time home buyers, newly engaged, and trying to find a place to start our lives together. Anne would coach us through the different milestones, answer questions until late in the evening so we better understood and felt comfortable the process. When we finally went under contract Anne's forward thinking and local connections were key to solving any of our problems. She connections helped keep all our incurred costs low and even helped us find a contractor for work that fell over the holidays. She was woderful and truly helped us as we made the biggest decision of our lives thus far. We enjoyed working with Anne so much she came to our wedding--no joke! -Karen S.
