•I first met Caroline in February of 2018, when she was hosting an Open House on Grinnell Street in Key West. I was taking a walk and got caught in a rain storm and sought shelter in the Open House. Caroline was kind enough to show me around the house while a waited out the storm. I immediately recognized that she knew what she was talking about and had prepared herself to host the Open House. I was genuinely impressed. A few days later I contacted her about some houses I had seen listed for sale. She made appointments and we looked at several properties. She answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful. She never, ever, pressured me to buy a property. Caroline learned what I was looking for in a house and followed up with me after I returned to Indiana and sent me several listings to consider. I found a house that I liked and returned to Key West to see the house. Caroline arranged for an inspection of the house by a professional and after reading the inspector’s report, I decided not to buy that house. I appreciated her efforts which I believe saved me from myself. She kept looking and we found my dream home which I purchased in July 2018. Caroline put me in touch with a mortgage company and an insurance company, both of which provided excellent services to me. I am absolutely impressed with Caroline’s knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness. If you are looking to buy or sell real estate in the Florida Keys, I strongly recommend that you contact Caroline Stover Sickmen.
