Tom is an exceptional and professional realtor.

Tom is an exceptional and career realtor who has all the patience and experience in finding what you want as a buyer. It may seem impossible to find your dream house but he knows how to navigate and negotiate with the seller(s). When my wife and I started the house hunt, we were disappointed because the sellers did not want to accept our offer and we really wanted that house. Tom adviced us to be patient with the process that another place could just be awaiting us. After several weeks of searching, we finally got a house that met our desires for a family home. Tom was very instrumental in making sure the sellers disclosure document matched the physical structure. He was always on time in responding to our communications. He would answer the many questions that were lingering in our minds. We give Tom a 10+ stars. He knows and understands market.
