In July 2018, Suzanne sold 10683 Minnesota Avenue, Penngrove, CA 94951 in which I held a 50% interest. This was a complex transaction that Suzanne handled with the highest level of professionalism. In addition, I referred my friend and his wife to Suzanne. She sold their condo at 205 Lucky Drive, Corte Madera, CA this past Spring of 2019 at a price that was above the average in their condo complex. My friend and his wife thanked me profusely for the referral to Suzanne after the condo was sold.
