As an added leg up, she has established a strong relationship with a home warranty company whereby the seller’s package allows for many, if not all of your inspection items to be taken care of and repaired or replaced for the incoming owners. We took advantage of this free seller’s home warranty package and they were able to replace the sump pump, repair the furnace, and certify the sewer line.
