•I hired Joan to find a relocation place for me to live for work and she found me my home! I can’t speak highly enough of Joan Ochoa as my real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity, and hard work ethic was much appreciated. She listened, observed, and understood what was important to me and what I was looking for. She used the information to save me so much time finding my new beautiful home and not wasting time just be looking at places. She never pushed any complimentary business, but when asked she shared her business knowledge of businesses, she had positive experiences within the past. Which I used as part of my positive experience. Also have to state how nice and efficient the technology that is in place for contract processing making contract signing a breeze.
