Randy had the knowledge and skill to sell our Phoenix house fast for the best price!

Believe me when I say all Real Estate Agents are not equal. We found out the hard way! Our first Real Agent failed us and our house sat when it should have sold. Heres how we know: Fortunately, a family member who had great experiences with Randy in selling and purchasing homes recommended him. From the start the vast difference in work ethic, communication and professionalism was obvious. He dug right in with open houses, follow ups and he had specialized knowledge of the market for our particular house. He knew how to put potential buyers at ease about whatever reservations they had about the layout and design as well as the costs of making improvements or changes. I dont think most agents understand that those issues can be so important . He was always “there” for us and put us at ease. You don’t know me and may look at this as “ just another review.” This is different , we have a point of comparison. So please call Randy and decide for yourself. You will get to know Randy and what he can do just by speaking to him. Im sure he will be straight and will tell you honestly if if he can help you get what you are looking for out of your transaction. If you do this , I doubt you will look any further!
