Shelby is very knowledgeable, and handled every detail of my recent home purchase in a professional manner. She was able to anticipate problems before they came up and solve them. My ONLY complaint is the number of times I had to sign my name at closing. I would strongly recommend Shelby to anyone who wants a problem free home purchase. She was also very helpful after the deal was done with insurance and all the utilities connections.
