•Amy was fantastic to work with during our relocation from Houston to the Denver area in January 2024. From our first call, she listened to what we wanted and understood what was important to us in a home. We found a home that we loved, and with only 3 days on the market it already had 4 offers on it. Amy explained some options to make our offer more attractive and helped us put together an offer that we felt was strong but also one that we felt comfortable with. The sellers accepted our offer that same night, and thanks to Amy we were able to negotiate other aspects during the inspection process. We would not have found our dream home without Amy. She was great to work with, and we would recommend her to anyone looking for a home!
