•Dawn made an impression on us when we bought our first home in 2020 as the selling agent. She made us feel so comfortable and calm, after multiple pushed closings & she wasn’t even our agent. We told ourselves when we were ready to sell again one day, she’d be the first one we called. Well 2 kids later we outgrew our home and she was our first call. She remembered selling it and several things about the home off hand. From the beginning of the process to the very end we trusted her. Every step of the way. There were a few bumps in the road along the way on the house we were buying and she went above and beyond to make sure we got in our dream home. Something else I loved is her attention to our family. We were going to showings with 2 kids in tow, and she made sure to accommodate them and even bring them little treats/activities to make sure they were happy as well. She is so commutative and ready to answer any questions you have. I felt confident in her answers as an agent and feel that she is very educated in the real estate field. She also had recommendations on a local lender to use and we had such a smooth process with her. I cannot recommend Dawn enough. I want everyone to know how good of an agent she is!!!!
